The retired homeowner wanted to refresh her front entry and backyard with a landscape that would allow her to enjoy her garden as her hair grew ever greyer. Her existing front steps lacked a handrail, and she had slipped on them the previous winter. In the backyard, she wanted to be able to grow some vegetables and entertain a few friends.
