About me

I’ve always loved gardens. My first memories of gardening are helping my mom tend to her veggie garden in the backyard of our family home. 

Over the years, gardens remained an important part of life. 

In my 20’s, I travelled as much as I could. My albums are filled with snapshots of beautiful landscapes and memorable gardens: Generalife Gardens in Spain, Luxembourg Garden in France and King's Park in Australia.

In my 30’s, I managed large-scale branding and communications projects for companies in the financial, transportation and oil & gas sectors. During this time, my garden became my escape. After a long day, I often stepped out of my car and directly into my garden; still wearing my suit and heels. 

Today, as a landscape designer, I share my passion for beautiful and functional landscapes with each of my clients. My practice blends a skilled approach to design, sound knowledge of plant material, and a commitment to creating spaces that connect people with nature. I believe the best landscapes aren't just about great design; they stem from proper site preparation, plant selection and ongoing maintenance practices that nurture our ecosystems and contribute to biodiversity.

I graduated with Distinction from the University of Guelph with a Diploma in Landscape Design and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Horticulture.
